This will be a Save My Character with the top characters from the Sixth to Tenth General SMC... 51 characters, the top 10 of each and then the #11s and #12s will face each other to find the 2 last characters that enter... 2 because Kefka reached the top 10 twice in these General SMC, so he is only represented once and the top two from the playoffs enter this Second Mega General too!
